Steps:

Open StreamElements Dashboard
On The Left Side Click On Chatbot
Clic On Chat commands
Now Click On Custom commands tab
Now Click On Add New Command

Command name: so
Response type: Say
User level: Modertor
Response Type: Check out ${1}, they are playing ${game ${1}} at https://twitch.tv/${channel ${1}}
