Setup Shoutouts Commands

3) Click On ‘Chat Commands’
4) Click On ‘Custom Commands’ At The Top
5) Click On ‘Add New Command’
6) Now Click On The Box Under ‘New command from template’
7) In The Box Choose ‘shoutout’
8) Now Change The ‘Command name’ To so
9) Click On ‘Save’
